My DC5 was Championship white, looked great.

I also like the mk5 Golf GTi in white.

White is a gorgeous colour, and it's making one hell of a comeback. Take a look at most of the press BMW E92 M3s... yup, you guessed it: Alpine White.

I really love Liquid Yellow, but the white really does it for me. It must be annoying for the current owners that Renault keep fiddling around with the cars they build, but ultimately it's only so they're a better product. End-of-production special editions are my favourite; you're completely safe in the knowledge that they won't ever be replaced with a car of the same body style. It's why I've got a 182 Trophy - it's the ultimate evolution of the mk2 Clio (V6s excluded). After the Megane I'm going to find a nice tidy BMW E46 M3 CS, which is also an end-of-the-line car! I can't get enough of 'em!:go:

It's not just Renault mate, it's every manufactuerer, we just get to see it because we're all so close to the products!

Mini themselves had 'checkmate' models, 'park lane' models, special colours for the convertible, they introduced the 'chlli pack', 'pepper pack' etc.

Cars evolve as technologies improve. I think we need to take a change of attitude on the forum and EMBRACE THE CHANGE!!! There we are - I've said it, lets love it, and learn to love the cars we have :D :D

*edit - it's when you have a sh!t car to begin with you need to worry.. It's not like the 225 is a bag of spanners now is it..
