** WARNING, its a long one lol **
I'm on the train this morning, MP3 player on. I sit down this nice enough girl goes 'Excuse me could you turn your music down a little bit?'
She was polite and smiled so I said ok and turned it down a bit. I got another 10 minutes into the journey them some other bint turns round from the other side of the carriage and goes 'Excuse me, could you turn your headphones down, its really irritating'!
Well being slightly narked from the first time I turned round and said 'I'm sorry but you're in a public place so its ****ing tough!' she pipes up with 'Maybe you should buy some better headphones that don't leak!'. Leaking headphones is a new one on me considering they are like rubber ear plugs anyway. Maybe coz she's such an old dog she can hear frequencies above 6million khtz!! Anyway....
Then just as I'm getting off the train some other woman turns round and goes 'That was very selfish of you, that lady had a point!'. Well by this point I'm close to murder so I turned round and go 'Look, I can't hear the bloody thing, i've paid for my train ticket and we're in public'. She said 'Well I'm sure other people on the train agreed' i go 'Well if they haven't got the bollox to say anything thats not my problem'.
Then she just goes 'Well they would have got a reaction like this' I just told her to f-off and she goes 'Have a good day!' my response was something along the lines of 'F*ck of you pr!ck' harsh but I was really annoyed.
Was this all me being a nob or are there some really anally retentive people around???? :? :?
