Just back from holiday and the wife had a letter from Porsche GB offering her a 24hr test drive in a Cayman. She phoned up this morning and we are now booked in for a 24hr test of a Cayman S tiptronic on Friday 10th August. Kids already booked into the Mother-in-laws and by pure coincidence the 10th just happens to be our wedding anniversary. Live just outside Edinburgh so plenty of great roads, just need to choose a route and book a Hotel :-)

I had exactly the same letter a fortnight ago and took out a manual Cayman S for a day. Really impressed with the car, really sharp to drive and pretty quick too. £50k is a lot of money though, personally I'd have a 2 year old Carrera S.
