I was teased today by looking at my R26 in the "stealers".
It seemed to have some orange peel affect on the rear quarters, is this the norm???? :help:

yup, pretty standard - and the clay aint gonna sort it Im afraid.........
best way to get rid of it is to stand about 3 foot further away!!!
Lol ross.
Was looking at the MD's brand new carrera 4 in the carpark today and its got orange peel all over it. Its the problem with mass produced cars. Only a hand painted car will be free from orange peel.

could always get the wet and dry sand paper out and then machine polish it after..
I wouldn't worry about it though, all cars have it now days!
Yea my last 3 cars had it and they were Jap. TBH Its why I go for Met Silver/Greys as they seem to not show up as much as the flat or special colours
:santa:
