i no sum 1 are a few ppl have already done rs reps
just wonderin wat the basics they did were

wheel sizes, off sets mostly lol
also the bumpers off ebay for 110 i no there not genuine
but has any1 got one on theres??
i work in a bodyshop so have sum idea on fitting bumpers lol
anythin else you can think of would be great to like does the grilles fit on to them etc etc

fibre glass bumpers imo are a no no

i work in a body shop as a painter and they are **** quality at best

the only way to get a nice finish on them is to high build primer them from the start to cover all the bad imperfections,youll need a good few covers on it,and flat it off and paint them

then the fitting of them never look right,and the holes will need a little work to make them fit

ive done quite a few fibre glass bumpers and side skirts and imo you cant beat a genuine bumper

decided not to do it now anyway, by the time i would of saved to do it, i coulda put the money to a proper 225 lol
insurance aint a prob now just affordin the thing lol

How about removing the rub strips from the front and rear bumpers you have? Fill em and smooth em off, lick of paint and they'll look decent

sounds like a plan
but alot of filler needed to do that, even with plastic weldin the holes up , itll still look **** lol
mite just color code it up make it look a little better,

one question i would like to upgrade my stock bumper
remove those plastics from front and back bumper, fill free space between
and add gills ( don t know how to say it on english, they come on front bumper on each side left and right) for front, and for back i don t know something like rs style, paint f and b and how much money should i expect for that job in england

ive just got mine painted , il try get sum pics up this weekend, only cost me £40 but i work in a bodyshop so no idea how much your prob lookin at mate,

makes it look alot better though

I paid £260 to get my front bumper smoothed & painted, back bumper & sidestrips painted.
