simple question which dump valve is the best and how the hell do you fit it?

I have no technical knowledge of engines just know how they go so if any one can provie a dummies guiide i would appreciate it.

Oh one final question are the new induction kits any good for £200

Hi Matt, welcome to the site.

Theres a couple of dump valves, i think the SSQV is the better one. Fitting is easy. Can do a step by step guide if required.

Ive got the pipercross viper induction kit on my car. Didn't cost me a penny as they designed it on mine. Its great. Where abouts are you?

As for my 225 i have 3 dr in blue have windows blacked out and a full install of ice comprising

alpine head with ipod adaptor and remote control
6 channel 1200 watt amp
front infinity components
rear infinity kappa
2 x 10 inch JL audio twin coil 250 RMS subs in closed box

next upgrades are black lexus rear lights and dump valve followed by lowering car
