forgot to say i bought the 225 from round my way and ive noticed that the clutch stinks sometimes when pulling away on a hill especially in reverse is this normal? anyone else had clutch issues?

Mine smelt a few days ago when I drove the car quite hard after putting it on here people say its normal

Mine always stinks when used in reverse. After almost 40k miles I think it cant be a fault, just a feature. Well it is French, what did I expect?

Mine has started smelling, for the last week or so, if I give it some.....

I've found the clutch on the 225s very very sensitive, if you give it a tiny bit more revs than it needs etc.

My old 172 used to be like this but no where near the Megane. Not ideal when you have hills to stop on etc. :roll:
