Thinking of getting a white R26.
As my local dealers are Sh??e looks like i'll have to try either Steve@Wests or Alex off Renaultsport.
Has anyone bought from any of these people or any dealer who wasn't local to them?
Do you just do a deal on the phone/email or do you have to have a run out to see them?
I live in Lancs so Bedford & Durham are a fair trek.
Seen that people have been getting R26s for £16-£17k dependant on options,
I want a R26,White,Lux pack & Glossy Wheels is £17k a realistic price???

Ive just bought a R27 from a dealer in Basingstoke, I live over 200 miles away. Ive had no problems. Evertything was sorted over the phone and paperwork sent in the post. Easy mate.

I'd say £17k is a little unrealistic as the lux pack and wheel options add about a grand to the R26 making the list price £21k. You may get it for £17.5k but why not ask Alex to quote you ?

I bought from alex 180 miles away quoted price i wanted on my trade in with out seeing it and paper work over phone and post i think if you push you'd get very near 17. got top service bloke who sits next to me work bought a red one yesterday got another freat price at the end of the day you can only ask the question there not goner fall out with you.

Yeah I bought off Alex up in Durham too and it was all done over the phone.

Just phoned him up, and asked what he could do for me...picking it up at the end of the month.

Service has been great so far, would highly recommend....get on renualtsport forum in the dealer sales section and you'll see a few posts by him...then just drop him a PM asking for a quote..he'll sort you out I'm sure!
