Anyone else think those gauges actually look pretty sh!te??? Not much of an attempt to make them look standard??

Either way, why spend that much on an Astra when you could buy something so much nice and faster for that cash.

does anyone else agree that by installing those mods etc, that he's actually lowered the value of the car, not increased it? If i were to do anything like that, i'd keep all the original bits, restore the car back to standard. Then sell all the components etc he's had done as 'a kit' to create the acclaimed horsepower?
who on earth will pay £30k for an astra. thats been fcked with.

360bhp is impressive though, i think we get lost in power figures, were talking a modern fairly cheap hatchback easliy capable of outputing 360bhp from the engine ! i mean thats only 40less than a ferrari 360, M5 (but that weighs more)

may not put the power down (needs a diff for a start !!!) but im impressed with the output, the thing looks horrid though urrg :(

vaxhauls are higher quality now than renaults :(

and putting the power down ? well i dont know i havent driven one but apart from the megs being a advanced suspension chassis i doubt there would be too much diffo on a non R26 at 310+ bhp but yet i still want that power :D

yeh try explain that to my corsa when the rear bumper fell of at 30 and the window spmashed by itself when i was stood near it for no reason what so ever... my 225 hasn't put a foot wrong yet so i can only say what ive experienced!

i think vauxhalls are worse than renault, second megane now and no major problems, my first car was a brand new corsa and it was a heap of junk, always breaking down and going into emergency mode.
