ordered my R26 3 days ago and noticed people said that you can get a lux pack, what exactly is the lux pack and how much is it?

picked up my R26 on Saturday with lux and this is what you get.

No auto dimming rearview mirror on the R26

not even with Lux?

what about folding mirrors and the electrochrome rear view mirror?

folding mirrors is standard on all R26s.

door lights at the bottom also.


Not sure if tyre sensors are part of the new lux?

yeah ive got that on my cup along with the lights near the floor and tire sensors etc but only half leather interior. Just wonderin whether the first owner of mine only bought half the lux pack lol

i did my 172 Clio 2weeks later bird s**t on it went straight through i no its lime but i had to have my bonnet flat and mopped with 300 miles on the clock . did the same with my 182 but porboys same happened but with 2k on clock just came off never marked it . and i think it the price we charge at work its over the top for what you get but if your happy thats ok mate

no, but their sexy as f00k. Alcantara jobbies will hold you better, but are a pain in the arse to keep clean and wear easily over time.

looking good, can ne post a pic of the door cards and rear seats? is they keycard the same size as normal is it smaller then the card which has to fit in the dash?

thanx for the pic, looking good, looks alot better wiv the leather in the car. is the plaque in the same place tho? I've ordered my R26 with every option going i think. lol. liquid yellow, decals, xenons, lux pack, spare wheel and cabasse 6 cd h/u. the car was priced at £17.5k before i added the lux pack and head unit. so not sure how much extra it is cos they aint got back me wiv the price.

the plaque is near the handbrake lever on the glovebox.

lux pack is 850 but well worth it.

well the garage i bought my car from had a black R26 for £17K and asked him for a liquid yellow and said its £17.5K. so he only charged me an extra £500 for liquid yellow when renault charge £1200, so hopefully he wont charge me the full £850. oh right, i under the impression it was one of those locks where it locks itself. oh well still pretty good tho. how bout opening the door then? do u need press a button the handle or keycard?

no theres a sensor behind the handle so when you go to grab the handle it unlocks as long as the key card in in range

yes you can press the button on the keycard once to lock, twice to deadlock. Or press the button on the door handle, once, twice again.

Yeah you can do that as said but whats the point of the keyless card then?? I use to love the handsfree card but i now like the normal card, makes starting it feel special.

i like the handsfree, really easy. I leave the key in my wallet, walk up to the car, open it, get inside, foot on the brake press the engine start and I'm away. Pull up, turn the engine off, get out press the button on the door handle twice and walk away, easy peasy lemon squeezy, keycard has never seen the light of day.

Thats how it use to be

but in the R26 its

Press button, Look at car several times with a big grin
Sit in car get comfy
Put card in reader see the beast spring to life
Press Start and the grin gets bigger.
