Have just changed 5 door 225 for a 175 in Black (18" wheels) - excellent - very quiet, handles like 225 and doesn't hang about. Thinking of fitting rear spoiler (code 7711419 518??). Anyone done this? Help/suggestions please.

bryn, im so jealous you get to play on the roads there! i do the roads to Barmouth and the coast all the time, one of the benifits of being half welsh. im in wrexham weekly too. you'll have to bring the Meg to a northwest meet

although im planning to do something up the horseshoe pass near llangollen after new year. i kno a few lads that would be interested!

just be aware that the lip spoiler currently on your DCI is fixed with three bolts, the central one will need to be filled and the top whole of the boot will need respraying, worth taking to someone who knows what they're doing IMO.
should look the nuts on the Black, I'm well happy with it on the Ultra Red.

Mat,
my mistake didn't look closely enough, then Neil, you won't have that problem.

Darryl, would this spoiler fit directly where a standard one would go, ie. same holes?

Yes I thinks so mate uses the outer holes, although another two holes would need to be made as there ate two each side if that makes sense.

apparently the rear spoiler is removed of dci 175 to improve economy.

id love that one above but will i lose 1mpg-2mpg ? you may laugh but opening your window 1/4 accounts for 4% fuel economy loss !
