when Renault says the meg gt gives 165bhp and r26 gives 230bhp is that at the wheels or the fly wheels?
if its at the fly then what is it at the wheels?

isnt it somthin like 30/35bhp less than at the fly? therefore around 195/200bhp for R26 at the wheels....sure someone will correct me soon :)

about right think the r26 is some thing like 197. something, at the wheels

but bhp means f*** all its torque figures is the key

r26 - 310nm @ 3000rpm

and megane gt is 199lb/ft @ 3250 rpm

Well here is something I smile about. I have a 5 door E4 225 with a bigger cooler, filter and a RSTuning map. The 174kw(233bhp) you see was on the wheels and the torque...well what can I say. The ECU's on these cars is something else....the more you give it stick the harder the car goes. These figures were attained after 5 consecutive runs in 4th.

yes that's what it's running + cold air feed.
and i had the run done on the same RR that andy b had his car done a couple of weeks ago if you remember.

thats really ood then mate, usually a zorst gives 5 bhp extra so ive read about so do you think they come standard with more than the listed 165 bhp ???

Hope so, i was talking to Andy B when he done my lights and he said with a remap it would be defo over 200bhp but now yours is allready at 186bhp and with the re-map gains of around 35bhp it should hopefully be around 221 bhp, the same nearly as a 225 so that then would be rapid.
