One for the ladies...

I did my local Race for Life back in 2005 in Bedford. But being abit of an avid motorsport fan, I've heard the Northamptonshire Race for Life is held at Silverstone circuit. I wanted to do it last year but ended up in the States on business when it was held.

I've checked the date and time for this and its on Weds 11 Jun at 7.30pm.

Just wondered if anyone else was thinking of doing the Race for Life this year?

My wife has done it the last year at silverstone she might do again this year depending on how she feels after the baby is born..

As you can see it gets quite packed i went along for support couldn't belive how long it took to get out of there when it had finished.

Its quite a big event. They use to hold it at Sixfields, but it got too big.

Cheers Henry. Thanks for the info and the photo. I've wanted to do the Race for Life at Silverstone for the last couple of years but have always been on business when its been on. This year is the first year that I know I won't be o/s, so I want to do it. Few things have happened so its going to mean alot to me to do it.

Just wondered, and wasn't sure about posting this, if anyone would be interested in sponsoring me? Likewise if any other girls are doing the race would be good to see your links here too.
