Coz I did at the weekend and to be honest I wasn't that impressed.
Drove the VTR+ which from the outside looks very nice, decent alloys on it and in 3dr form looks especially nice.
Space in the drivers seat is very good although I couldn't find out how to move the steering wheel. Might just be me being a bit dense or it doesn't move due to its fancy configuration of the centre of the wheel staying still.
That was the first annoyance, the outside of the wheel turning is cool but the fact that the buttons are out of reach of your thumbs whilst driving means you're effectively taking your hands off the wheel to use them.
Also the trip dash and trip computer is overly fussy. You have the speedo etc in the centre of the dash, this also shows things like the cruise control speed etc. But the rest of the trip computer is on the same display as the radio, so a lot lower down. Surely you'd want all that info in the same place?
The drive itself is actually pretty good, not very absorbent over the bumps but handles well and gives you confidence chucking it around. Also the steering is very responsive as well.
All in all a good car to drive but overly fussy. They seem to have made things unconventional for the sake of it really and I personally didn't feel it worked that well. They make all the technology seem funky but when you look round the car its impractical and when you get past the novelty its not that interesting.
Sorry for the long review, anyone agree? disagree? I only drove it for about an hour or so. Over time it might change my mind.
