my 1st service's coming up soon and i would like to know if anyone could recommend a place for me to go and have it done in or around London, Kent or Essex area?

Are you leaving the ITG and BOV on mate, not sure wether to leave mine in when its due incase the start proding around with the filter and no doubt mess it up.

no mate i think i will take everything off and put it back on after the service's done.

if your not going to a man dealer leave the filter in and tell them not to change it save you a job that way

there is a place in portsmouth called renntech they are great but it would be a bit of a drive for you but the money you will save would compensate for that, plus they do a full diognostics in with the price which is nice

no they are an inderpenant garage so no problem with mods but also if you have a warrenty it wont void it coz they use oem parts

Mine is booked in with Ren-o-tec in Chelmsford. Its an independant guy who used to be a Reno techy. Reno wanted £285 for a 2nd service and he has quoted £185. Father in law has used him and said he is okay

4-5 hours? essex from portsmouth took me 1 1/2 on tuesday

well the aa say 2hours something to get to portsmouth so i'm guessing the same to come back. which is about right as it will take me about 1/2 hour to get to Essex.
