Yet another variant in the clio range - this one named the 'world series' through Renault's obvious involvement
check these 2 articles and photos...........looks good much 'a le' cup with different decals and wheels

Just look like a R27 in white with black wheels and a World Series sticker.
That only available over seas... its what they have named the Cup..
They should have done it here as well...

a mate of mine went to Paris last month and saw one in a showroom - according to the 1st article you should be able to get this in the uk !!
"The 'World Series by Renault' Clio Renault Sport will reach U.K. show rooms by September 30, 2007 and will be available in France, Spain and Italy by October 28."
You can get it... only its just called a Cup, the World Series bit didn't carry over.
The wheels are an option.

is there a diference between the power out put
Nope.. otherwise it wouldn't be called a 197.
Its just the same as the 197 cup but in france they gave it a dif name and stickers

Yep, i saw this car in the Renault showroom on the Champs Elysee in Paris last week.
It's just a 197 Cup. The spec board next to the car even had 197 Cup on the title.
Did look very sweet with the decals, colour and wheel combo l have to say.

200bhp/215NM isn't it? So cup spec engine on standard management only without the V6 air box.
Cheers
