So a few weeks ago someone crashed into my Dci, the damage was not too bad, needed a new bumper, new tyre tray, and some electrical faults. It got sent to a repairer in york on a flat bed truck (the car was drivable) I left for iraq and left the car with my parents whilst it was at the repairer. After the repairs they drove the car to my house, on the way there the driver crashed my car, smashed all the back in again.

Now what can i do about this? How will this effect my car price?

The company have said they will repair my car, and commented on how well my dad took the incident, but he would, its not his car.

Any Advise would be appreciated.

If the garage are going to repair it back to the same standard, it shouldn't effect the selling price. It mainly depends if its a Cat D or not. Which you need to speak to the garage about.

It wont be a cat D thats ony if an insurance company write the car off
because the garage will be doing the work without an insurance co getting involved it wont affect the resale value

Thats a bit of a joke, how did he crash it?

I would try to get some compensation for this, but if they are going to repair the car and as long as it's a good standard it will be fine.
