: Rear window view
Sutters 18-01-2006, 16:18:13 My car is like many on the road covered in cr4p, what with this naff weather, I know I have only had the car a month but I am finding that looking through the "cresent window" (ala Play school) is hard work, the wiper is the size of a ruler, the space it clear although nice and clean is very small. Is this a design fault ?
..IS
JamieMac 18-01-2006, 16:19:53 Yeah it is what is known as "a complete waste of space"
Alex_172 18-01-2006, 16:33:00 I have noticed that as well.
The rear wiper is about as effective as a cotton bug in wiping the crap off the back window.
Best way of thinking about it......pretend your in a van!!
aphelion 18-01-2006, 17:31:03 Yeah tell me about it when its raining you have the wiper running constant, would be nice if it run on another speed or even intermitent, only has on and off, amazing how dirty the back gets.
andy bassett 18-01-2006, 22:10:17 major design floor by ren on that, the air flow round the back is poxy, even on a nice dry day you can bet you bottom dallar wen you drive the car the boot will still be covered in dust and **** wen you get there, not sure if a little diffuser would solve this prob.
F*ck it, i never use the rear window, if its behind me its all in the past!

BlackRat250 18-01-2006, 22:13:16 Thats the thing with the back end sometime. Its one of the little things i hate.
andy bassett 18-01-2006, 22:41:20 even bloody worse wen you try and clean between the letters on the boot
BlackRat250 18-01-2006, 22:49:03 Worth debadging then
andy bassett 18-01-2006, 22:50:09 all ready done it. :D

andy bassett 18-01-2006, 22:54:03 sadly they had to go, looks nice and neat with no badges on plus they all think its 1.6 megane with a body kit on    till you pull away

BlackRat250 19-01-2006, 16:02:46 Tried putting rain x on it so you don't need to worry wiping it?!
I was thinking of using it, is it worth it on the back?
shinyautos.com 19-01-2006, 16:03:53 I would, if your wiper is a pain in the arse, every little helps!
BlackRat250 19-01-2006, 16:05:04 Might give it a go. I used it on my side windows about 3 months ago and it still works !!!!!
shinyautos.com 19-01-2006, 16:07:27 Yep its good stuff!
