: Blue Angel - Megane CC 2.0 Turbo
Blue Angel 19-01-2006, 15:15:58 Hi m8s once again, I repost my car in the right category. It's a 165hp turbo engine, with some little modifications: changed front and rear bumper, installed dump valve, remap for +25hp and +15%.
More to come: 18" or 19" alloy wheels, lowering springs (-35mm), I.C.E.

Hi
What exhaust have you fitted
Richard
Hi richard,
In fact there are just 2 Devil pipes connected to my original pipe and nothing more. So no more power gained :( Anyway I haven't seen around a real exhaust for the CC.
DaiTurbo 19-01-2006, 16:45:51 This one i got on mine is made specially for the cc, its a replacent from just b4 the back box, it's made by Elia.

love the car with some new multispokes on and lowered slightly that will look a g`million dollars
Blue Angel 30-01-2006, 10:50:18 Ok so here is another modifcation to my car. I have lowered -35mm with H&R springs. I find 35mm really enough... I also find the car more stable now.

A million times better lowered!!!!
I have always thought that Renault missed a trick with the Megane CC. They should have done the Cup chassis, 225 engine, front bumper and twin centre exit exhausts. This should have been their top spec Megane CC.
What a top down cruiser that would have been :P :P

pjdt77 24-12-2006, 18:03:04 Great looking motors them, bit pricey, but nice. Dont see why Renault didnt put the 225 engine in though, then I might have been tempted. Ah wind on the bald head motoring, just what the doctor ordered. :D :D

Thanx mate. The grilles are from Carzone specials:

The rims are Kahn on 19'', a nice model with 4 studs (yes unfortunatelly CCs have only four).

mabnkat 07-02-2007, 21:34:01 Hi Guys this is my first post.....
I'm lowering my mk2 cc tomorrow... So i'll post some pics soon i have 18" RS wheels ICE install and i'm thinking about the 225 front bumper.. but does anyone know if the mk1 front bumper will fit the mk2?? My dealer won't give me a price for the mk2 coz they say they need a reg number which i don't have. I managed to find the mk1 225 bumper part number on the net they quoted my £380 and about £80-£100 for painting it.. is this the standed price's at the moment?

shinyautos.com 16-02-2007, 09:08:15 the only way to get a good shot at night is a tripod and night mode set on your camera.
;)
JOHN-MEGANE 17-10-2007, 14:32:42 prima do megane cc rear tail pipes for there rear cc bumper
but napex do a complete silencer and tail pipes
or lastly devil do tail pipes and torque exhausts to custom fit them
JOHN-MEGANE 17-10-2007, 14:36:27 hi guys
there are now three companies doing tail pipe conversion with 225 bumper conversion prima racing, napex do silencer and tail pipes and devil do tail pipes that have to be fabricated onto original sytem
SiLLyMonKey 26-11-2007, 03:58:35 http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/3625/dsc01417b8qf.jpg
good choice on your mods thus far. so much improvement in terms of looks over stock.
next mod you might consider upsizing the brake rotors (also calipers)?
bigger ones would fill up the inside of your rims much better. ;)
JOHN-MEGANE 26-11-2007, 14:37:31 looks nice i personally shorten the rear aerial to a stubbie as on mk 2 alfa romeo 146 and change tail pipes to 225 original and fit a clear lcd 3rd brake light lense cover
