Open the door and at a certain point you hear a creak/clank/bang - something sounds like it's going snap/pop. Not a problem apart from it'll bug me - does anyone know a DIY fix or will it be a new door?

Its normally the plastic section mate that clonks near the centre of the door by the hinge try tightening the bolts around it matey.

Ah, I remembered having to tighten something on a friend's Pug as the door made the clunk and opened too far outwards - good to know it's an easy DIY job :)

Try getting some lock tite stuff as that stops the screws loosening over time and should solve the prob long term! :D
