We are currently making our mould for the 197 diffuser to be made in pre preg carbon fibre, and it will be available from the end of July. We are in our own pit garage at Trax, 7th September also, where the diffuser will be on display on a 197 cup for those interested. As yet we cannot confirm the price, until the first part is produced and costings are calculated. It is more a case of the labour with pre preg carbon parts as much as the material itself, as such we can confirm the prices once complete.

Our part will replace the OE diffuser and also work in conjunction with retaining the OE heatshield and fixing points.

From what I have read and heard there is somewhat of a 'want' for this product, lets hope this comes through once we are ready for production. Weight of the part will also be confirmed once the first one complete, I will also get a weight of the OE part this coming weekend, generally our p;re preg products come out between 1/3 and 1/2 the weight of the original, depending on specification of materials used and application.
