Wouldn't of thought this would be beneficial to the car or financially. Standard brakes in my 1.9 are more than adequate.

As has been said, unless you're tracking it then the brakes on the standard Megane are more than plenty.

What kind of power you looking at upgrading to? Maybe the 1.9 brakes will go on yours? I am getting a remap in 2 weeks and that will be pushing circa 155bhp out. And my brakes will be more than adequate
