Evening ladies and gents.

Following a slightly disappointing trip to RS Tuning this weekend l'm on the look out for a new injector (or 4!). Does anyone know where l can pick these up for less than Renault direct?

Need to get this sorted asap so l can go back to Paul and have him look at it again.

surely not the same problem as me chris? these injectors are crap, hopefully ordering mine tomo, n back up there this week :(

Yep, it pulled 184bhp on the standard map but with a crazy looking air/fuel ratio and a shocking torque curve.

Paul says l need a new one in cylinder 1 and then l can go back and he'll have a proper look at it. Typically he also recommended l change all 4 to be safe. Another £160 down the drain then. :)

How much have the meg ones set you back Naith?

These injectors really are cack. It makes me wonder how many supposed 'under-powered' 197's are actually just fitted with ropey injectors.

Paul was great with it and said l could come back and get the mapping sorted a second time. Alsoi need to get the new exhaust re-aligned as its mis-aligned since Saturday.

I give up! :D

i have no money plain n simple so ive pput the seats up for sale, shame coz they are bleedin tasty too, but i'll find some more hopefully.

Nah, l had more problems with my VAG cars than any other. Nothing major l admit but hey were forever in the dealership being fixed.

Also what do l need to be aware of when removing and re-fitting the inlet manifold? Anyone know the torque settings for the bolts?
