passenger footwell underneath glovebox to left hand side is a handle pull it this will release the bonnet. Then go to front of car- on the grill a small tab should have popped out ,pull this and lift the bonnet up...........job done !

not trying to be funny....have you got a manual??

I don't think the RS'sdo, some other the other models might tho.

Many have tried... fuses blown, tempers flared and so on. One guy in some place is running them via the lights IIRC, he drives with lights on all the time and when he turns them off the mirrors fold. It's been discussed here.

doesnt sound like you are doing anything wrong? does the

nebmx - yes the non-RS's can have the folding mirrors too.

you get the folding mirrors / handsfree entry and all that with the 'priviledge' spec or with adding the 'comfort pack' or adding the features seperately obviously

you will know you have the comfort pack if you have: handsfree entry (i.e. dont use keycard to lock / unlock car), panoramic sunroof, 6CD changer etc

I'm sure you can ring renault and ask them to send you a print out of / or just tell you what spec your car is if you dont know.

yeah folding them with by turning knob is the feature (if thats what your question is?)
when you say keyless entry do you mean handsfree entry?

keyless is just having a card which they all have whereas handsfree is being able to open / lock without using the keycard

how do you find out if your mirrors fold in automatic?

they dont fold in automatically - they will fold in by turning the knob as described above. turn it to face downwards and they should work.

the bonnet opener is always on the "driverside" in the renault, but because you all drive at the "wrong" (yes depeche mode again) side, you don't find it as easily hihi x)

No it's not, it is on the left handside which is only the driver side on a LHD car. On a RHD drive car it is on the passenger side :)

I tried to make it clear that only 1 real drivingside existed :p

lol, no i'm kidding, i don't even see the difference between a LHD and RHD on pictures anymore...

It can be a lot harder to find if you take the front off and forget to thread the plastic lever through.
Done that twice now and spent 15min trying to find it LOl

if someone breaks your window to open the car from the inside the locks don't work so in order for them to get in it they have to climb through the window!!!

try you lock the car once you can still open it... you double lock it your unable to open it from the inside!!

There's a few things i've picked up on since owning it, but i knew about the windows going up on their own. I was droooooooling over Denty's R26.R at FCS, which was before i bought mine, and i saw him lock it and the windows go up. I was well impressed. :p
