hi..
im trying to get my hands on the exhaust system intended for the 225/230 and install it to my 1.6 with rs bumpers..
but heard that not all of the pipes will fit..
so can anyone tell me from which part to which that will only fit..??

miltek, blueflame, magnex and mongoose (among others) supply this kind of system..
which do you think is the best..??

to be honest mate you'd be better off having one custom made for your car. The ones designed for the 225 will prob have a different diameter to your system. It will probably be cheaper to have one made too. Hope this helps you

hi i've had a stainless steel cat back made for my megane and it was £275 but i had a scopion back box put on.hope this helps.

The 225 exhaust systems dont fit I tried to get one for mine.. i had to get a custom one made as mines a 1.6 converted into a 225

i got quoted £700 for a turbo back s steel system with 70mm bore that was for a sporttourer with dual exit pipes like the ol RS4.

me DPF (cat) bolts directly to the turbo!

Was wondering if anyone has tried fitting a GT exhaust to a 1.6? I'd imagine the bore is different, but is the routing the same?

I've seen a K tec GT exhaust on ebay and it got me thinking


(wasn't sure about starting a new thread cause this was pretty similar)

The gt exhaust would fit its been done by another member on here before. Go for it.

If you want the gt exhaust off ebay let me know mate.
