My rear bumper had a "meeting" with a stone wall and has been badly scuffed. The damage can easily be repainted but the bumper insert bit (where the number plate goes is a different texture / shade as per the way it come out the factory)

Question is how do I get this repaired? do you buy the insert peice in the correct colour as I can't see how it could be sprayed. Its not broken just scuffed.

it looks the same color with a matt laquer on maybe? u could just paint it then flaten it down with a scotch pad to dull it up again, why not just get it the same as the bumper though when u get the damage repaired?

i doubt it tbh, if u really wanted to no suppose u could unclip it an see wat colors on the other side, id imagine its just painted though
