Hi Folks,

I'm just in the process of doing a deal on a R26.R but I would want to have standard seat belts fitted for day to day use. I read that Renault offered this as a dealer fit option but I have spoken to two dealers this morning and they say it cant be done.

Has anyone actually managed to get them fitted and if so who did it and what did it cost.

It was never offered as a dealer fit option, contrary to what has been said int the press or online, and no one I know of has retro-fitted them.

I used mine as an everyday car, and you do get used to them very quickly, but can be annoying at junctions.
