How many on here are interested in a monthly meet and a pint somewhere in the north west?

Suggestions on a meeting point would be good also thats central for all NW'ers

I think whats best is to run this thread for a few weeks and then decide on a location and same date every month ie. something like first tuesday of each month.

This is a good idea, I was all up for the CS meet a few weeks ago but baby was poorly at the last min and I couldn't make it- a regular meet would be great- I'd def be up for it :-)

Naith is the North West area rep and usually organises regular meets (at least monthly) in conjunction with Cliosport and the Norfbest bunch.

If Naith see's this post then maybe he can advise when the next meet is planned for. A regular meet on the same day of every month is a good idea though as ultimately it requires less planning as everyone know's the time/date/place each time.

How does the first tuesday of the month sound at the location above? it would be great to get a regular thing going.

Only trouble with that location is that it's not very central to the region. It'd be a right trek for people from Chester etc.

I'll give Naith a prod and make him aware of this thread. I'm sure he'll have some idea's.

There is or used to be a renaultsport meet every month somewhere NW- I think it was near bolton iirc.
Don't know if this is still going though but might be an idea to tag onto this one.

Yeah i would like that im from Chester so its a bit of a trek from everywhere unfortunately but wouldnt mind coming to a few

Ive had 5 of them from Blades/R1/Busas/vx and then the car above, its was mental fast.

Must be something in the water. 225 and now R26 owner who preiously owned a 2.0 XE wide body. :)

:) Jock, I went to a meet last sunday in leigh which is central to most NW areas, I think it would be a good start to meet there, if for any reason is no good then we can sort out another meeting place. Jocker later on today I'll post a new thread with all the details on.
