: Meeting Arrangements for F1 testing Thurs 21st

Hi all,
you should have each received details of the meeting place for next Thursday, just to confirm:
I suggest we meet at Brackley MacDonalds from 07:30 onwards as this is accessible from both directions North and South.
Grab some breakfast then head off to the circuit.
Somethings to be aware of
we're not guarenteed centre parking but if we all go together early enough we can try and blag this
no specific dress code, but may be on the chilly side, access to the hospitality suite will be from 08:30 so we need to be there for then. There will be other clients of the company attending so worth while getting in first.
Refreshments (tea & coffee are provided) are very limited around the circuit so may be worth while taking packe dlunch or could do as Andy and myself did in April bought things from the garage next to Macs to take in.
testing commences at 09:00 a.m
Renault will have Heikki Kovalainen, and Nelson Piquet Jnr driving
and Maclrean may have Lewis Hamilton(GP2 champion) testing
pit lane opens at 13:00 for 1 hr but the passes we will be given then allow access to the paddock( behind the pits ) for the rest of the afternoon.
testing normally completes around 17:00
