Got stopped on my way back from work, have to take my French plates otherwise they will lock me up for 1000 years:( bit gutted but they were good while they lasted 3 years in fact.

At least they'd been on for 3 years. 3 days and you'd be a little more annoyed

Were they pressed plates? Dubmeister.com do road legal ones as their bs approved, their the only place that do road legal ones that I know of

Yeah but the font was different, it had an F rather than GB and had no e mark numbers or makers details. The copper told me that even tho the car is French we are driving in England lol

if they catch you 3 times with the same plates and fine you they can take your car and crush it.so its not worth the hassell.i got caught with a small plate on mine and i got a £60 fine and reported to dvla and if i got caught twice after that then they will take my car and crush it because it shows up on the dvla check list that ive been stopped with a doggy plate on mine

I would tie myself to the inside of the car so no danger of crushing. I have swapped the plates over now:(
