Just spotted this thread - do lurk on here from time to time. I bought #26 off AdamABC at the start of this year, it now lives up in NE Scotland. It's been de-mapped, the colour of the wheels has changed and I've put 15k miles on it - all of which have been thoroughly enjoyed.

Sadly it's not for sale at the moment (though everything has it's price...), but if you're still struggling to find the right .R next summer get in touch as I could be interested - though by that time the mileage might be astronomical.

i saw a blue one at Le Mans this year. parked up by the fence in the corner off the main road inside the circuit. i said hi to the couple of young (compared to me) lads with the car! anyhow, a very nice motor

I'm in Aberdeen. Not seen any other .Rs up here (or anywhere else for that matter!) - right part of the country to enjoy them in though.

Yeah that was me - I remember speaking to you just after we'd arrived. Kept my eyes open for your car as we were wondering round the campsites looking at all the interesting metal, but never did manage to find it.

Was conscious at first of eroding the value by putting too many miles on it, but have decided that for me not driving it completely misses the point of having it. Still feels 'special' even when it's used every day.

As someone who has just passed 18k on his I couldn't agree more.

Have my r just along the road,yet to see another on a uk road!!!plenty at the ring tho and yes,some nice roads around here :)
