Going to service the R over christmas, does anyone have any recomendations?

I used to use Fuch's in my last R26, I guess it would be the same?

Someone did recommend Motul oil, any good?

Any help would be great!

Fuch Titan Pro S 5W-40 is good stuff. Fuch Titan GTI 5W-40 is not so good.

Someone recommends Motul ...... bit like saying someone recommends Tesco petrol. Different grades. Different moolah.

Titan pro is what I used before so I'll be using that again then (couldnt remember the name)
