hi guys,

went down to my local halfrauds today to get some clay and wax and the chap down there told me that i shouldnt use either of these products because i've had the car supagarded, he has told me that it will take all the supagard off.J
ust wondered if anyone else has been told this? not complaing as it saved me a fortune on that stuff.

so i'll just be washing it from know on and using the paint sealant that came with my supagaurd pack..

Some clays do take the supaguard off, but most shouldn't do, i'll see if can find out for you.

you can easily put the supaguard back on, they sell it on ebay quite cheap.

Never really rated that stuff much anyway, my missus had it on both her previous cars and it just looks dull after about 12 months :(

I had 'super seal' done on my Clio and to be honest I just cleaned it completely as normal.

Didn't really seem to make much different to the car so I personally wouldn't worry. :D
