Hi,
Does anyone have any pics of a 1.9 without the plastic cover? or diagrams of the engine? I'm being tight and dont want ot buy a Haynes manual.

I've managed to get a tuning box from a friend but he's lost the instructions and can't remember were it plugged in. The company its from has said to send photo's and they'll draw on were it fits.

Thanks for any help.

thanks very much,

i haven't received the the tuning box from my mate yet, so don't know how many plugs. The picture is very useful, i'll let you know how i got on.

How have you found the change in performance?

My mate says its very good, but i worry re, effects on the engine.

the changes in performance are usually pretty good. you shouldnt have any problems with the engine at all. ive never heard of any when remapping or installing a tuning box on a Dci. just make sure you look after it, ie regular oil changes when needed and you'll be fine.

What oil do you recommend? This is my first diesel car and i don't know much about oil services etc.
National tyres are doing a sinthetic oil + filter change for £25, would this be suitable?

Cheers
