on the way to crail on sunday me and a mate (me following) passeda mobile speed van , thought we seen him in time but how wrong where we,
got the NIP today , got to fill in the form , when i do is this a straight forward 3 points £60 fine or is it possilble court apperance ? any advice would be great ,
