I just had a good look inside a new shape Civic, as my grandad has just bought one a 1.8 auto version.
I've never been a fan of the outside, thought it just looked over fussy by comparison to the old shape. Not keen on all the crystal style strips and the triangle exhausts.
BUT, always thought the interior looked kinda cool and thought that might be its redeeming feature.
BUT (again), after sitting in one its actually not all that. Nicely built but all the displays are screens and dials but all in different tiers and behind curved plastic. Sounds like it could be cool but as soon as there's a bit of sun you can't see it!!!!!
Also just like the outside, its over fussy. Probably not got any more features than the 225s have inside but completely over the top in how its displayed.
Tell you one thing though, I thought the new CTR would be another interesting rival for the Meg but having been in a new Civic, gimme the inside of a Meg 225 any day. :D
