hiya mate, there is also the ff+cup pack...

it depends what you want mate.

i have a trophy, which is a limited edition of 500 in the world, and there is around 160 in the U.K. This was the kind of cross over model between the ff and the cup as when they first come out the magazines slated the handling of the ff models, so renaultsport brought out the trophy which obviously has the uprated suspension, lighter wheels, drilled discs etc etc... but all this is now available on the cup variant and cup packs... so it is widely available. the trophy didn't get full leather or a 6cd changer... and the cup doesnt get climate control, it has normal scotec seats, and is lighter due to this hence the supposed 0-60 time of 6.3 compared to the ff time of 6.5.

trophy's are nice because they are a lm edition, and all in nimbus and very recognisable as no other 225 in the U.K. was available in this colour.

if you want alot of toys in a ph1, then look for one with the full leather, as early ff ph1's didn't have it, and if you like, there is some with sunroofs knocking about. it depends if you want better handling or intend on tracking it, whether you go for the cup pack or not...

this is my trophy:

exterior wise there is no difference between a cup and a ff with cup pack, you will have to have a look at the interior to see whether it has full/part leather or normal scotec.

normal ff models don't have the multispoke anthracite wheels, they have 8 spoke silver ones.

Mr Turner did a kind of spec sheet on them all, if you do a search you might be lucky enough to find it.

if you have any questions mate, then ask away, or if you're confused then post a picture of the car in here and someone will be able to tell you which model it is pretty easily. :)

Hope That Helps Matey! :D :)
