Went looking at one of these last night, due to not being able to afford a a 225.
Any ideas on what theses are like, loving the back end of these.

well, i have only sat in one, and it was nice... if you're paying dealer price for one though you would be able to get a 225 from bmnc for a similar price i reckon!! also, they have got the new rs dci on their site too... :D

I agree mate im paying less for a 225 than a i did my last 1.5 dci from renault

and there are some very good second hand 225s around at the mo.

the GT is not my cup of tea, ok its a nive car but just looks like it got trown into the renaults extrax book and got every thing stuck on it,

like they said above, why not way up the odds and get a neww 225 for under 15k from a broker or bmnc or indeed have a look at the RS DCI.

I can´t say anithing regarding the GT for now...I´ve NEVER seen one "Live" in Portugal! LOL

Not sure I agree with the "loving the back end" bit, but otherwise they seem pretty decent

petrol or diesel,there both a nice drive.performance/handling is more than acceptable.

well i'm getting mine on thursday so will give you a bit more info then ;) but i test drove one and well compare to my clio 1.2 16v there's a big difference!
the reason i got the gt and not the 225 or r26 it's bcoz of the insurance as it was going to be really expensive.

I'd love to, but its going to be through a company car scheme, and dont think they would let me buy second hand..
