I've been having a look at Andy Basset's induction kit and was wondering if it'll work ok on a 1.9dci. I expect it will because the filter used is universal anyway but I haven't looked at ducting diameters or anything and want to make sure before I start anything.

Any thoughts or opinions please let me know!

Thanks,
Dan

I plan on doing this at somepoint as well to my 1.9 but not for a few months, I would imagine tis fine

All the diameters are the same as the air box on the dci is the same as the 225. You will be able to fit an induction kit but imo and some others would agree that an itg panel filter is the way to go.

i know diesel just glows it doesn't explode like petrol so maybe it needs less air so chucking more air in could be a bad thing, but im not 100% sure, would need to ask Paul really

i put a standard green air filter in my dci and got 2bhp out of it. not worth going all out and putting a new system in it just but a replacement filter.
