So far I've come up with this through P&O Via ferrysavers which is out from Dover on the Friday at 08.40 and back on the Monday at 13.15 for 85 quid. Looking at the routefinder theres only 10 mins difference between calais and boulonge sur mer. It says 4h 50 to the ring, easy knock 30-45 mins off that on the autobahns :D If we book a nice early crossing we should get there for mid afternoon no probs.
