I see they have one in the latest EVO on test, just looks like a 225 witha soot trail .

These any good then, or is it like the VAG 170TDI & just a factory remap of the 130 engine witha few bolt ons ???

its the stock 2 litre turbo engine with a larger intercooler and factory remap. Its got some other bits on it suspension wise though.

standard output is about 150bhp i think

we have one at work with recaros looks just like the 230 but diesel.

its gotta be a good buy if you need an oil burner, will handle alot better than alot of its diesel rivals, and the renault quality has improved alot recently

Only visual difference it would seem is a lack of rear spoiler to reduce the downforce and drag..

Very good car. As fast as a normal Megane around brands. Much faster if in the right hands.

apparentley the suspension is VERY close to that of the r26 to compensate for the extra weight of lugging the oil burner around

i like them, but for around 19-20k or whatever they are i would have something else. :)
