Ok I've spotted quite a few 225's over the last few months and only had one response from phildo, who even when I was at the side of him peeping my horn didnt see me :lol: Basically I'll be travelling to Bristol this Friday to meet the new lady friends mum (wish me luck) returning Sunday afternoon. Its a 250+ mile round trip so at some point I'm pretty sure I'll see a 225. The route I'll be taking is M6, M5 at a steady 70 mph :? so theres no excuse not to get my plate. Come on surely someone can spot me, i've even been spotted by the cliosport boys three times. Someone restore my faith in the Spotted section :?

Well i'm off to the Guildford Icerink on Saturday to take the kids iceskating and bowling so if you get lost i might see you on the M3! :lol:

Doubt i'll get spotted either! never do :cry:

I know what you meen Ive never been spotted eigther and ive seen a few. I was in front of a 225 the other day and has he passed me I waved at him and he looked at me like I was stupid. I dont think a lot of them are part of this forum or have even got a clue about the clubs that are out there even though they see the stickers in the back window.

well i was forever waving to fellow type-r drivers and quite a few waved back.

but thats gone now

but when i get my 225 I will be active in this area :)

Since we bought the 225 (orange!)... Ive only seen 2 fellow 225'ers in 5 months... One the day I went to pick the car for the first time... and one in October 2005 down the M4. Nothing, absolotely nothing after that... Are we that few?

I've driven 38k miles inmy 225 to date. And I've never seen another 225 anywhere. I've come to think other 225s are as rare as rocking horse turds. Or everyone else 's car is in the secure compund of the local dealership awaiting parts.

Chris. Full fat with glass roof and only three working indicator bulbs this morning. Thank fully a rear has blown! Dont fancy changing a front.
