RS 250 - Final Specs and prices revealed!

The basics:

Priced from just £23,160 on the road
Available in three versions: Mégane Renaultsport 250 Cup, Mégane Renaultsport 250 or Mégane Renaultsport 250 with Cup Chassis and Recaro Pack.
Two chassis settings including the availability from launch of the Cup setting with a limited slip differential
Unique features in the segment: Renaultsport Monitor and Renaultsport Dynamic Management
Extensively revised Renaultsport 2.0-litre turbocharged engine now developing 250hp and maximum torque of 340Nm
Extensive personalisation choices with interior and exterior colour options available through the Renault i.d. programme
 

So there we are the new Megane is ready to go! Its an interesting move to see Renault have decided to have the cup version available from launch, a break in the tradition of 6 monthly model updates which will be reassuring for customers! The cup version also comes with LSD from launch.

There are also a host of options available including addition of a new Renaultsport telemetry system, Carminat Tomtom, Arkamys stereo upgrade, daytime running LED's, Xenon lights, Recaro seats and 19" speedline wheels. No word as yet on pricing for those options but expect some interesting RRP's for a fully loaded car!
