Right trying to make this as easy as posible,

sorry if this is a bit later but been not well for a while as many of you may know so hanging over a bonnet to do this is not has not ben possible , but had a go hthe weekend,

Right first of remove the engine cover!

Now wat you need todo is start removing item one by one,
first remove the power clip from the N75 valve

then remove the valve altogether and just hook to the right somewhere.

now to remove the boost pipe,

firstly push inthe yellow button and pull the plug off the hose.

then pull the breather part of the pipe from the top of the head.

then to this bit

both these need to come off.

firstly remove the left clip by lifting the tab to pop it off.

then on the other push the 2 white buttons in and then lift to release it.

then just lift of the bottom of the circle away from the bracket and drop it in the hole for later and bend the bracket towards the battery till later.

now the boost pipe is free enough to move out the way, just bend it down the front and hook it out the way

now to remove the intake pipe

undo the jubilee on the box end of the pipe

and then bend it down into the hole as in the pic so you can make enough rooom to get to the jubilee on the turbo

now i use a small ratchet with a 7mm socket to get this jubilee head

and then just place onto the top of the head and turn away, now this make take some time but it will come off.
also it might be worth putting some cloths down there to stop you from dropping anything down thew back as you will loose it lol..
or a 7mm small spanner will dothe trick.

then it should come away :D

now, remove both the jubilees from both ends and fit to you new pipe making sure they go on the same ends!!
befor doing up the jubilees up just get it all into place ready

wen you have done this you need to remove a piece from the old pipe befor you do up the jubilees,

all you need todo with this is gently twist and pull it out.

and then fit it to the new one.

now wen you have hind of got allthe new pipe in position you can do up the jubilees again so its all locked into place.

then ypou can replace all the sections and pipes that were removed

wen is back fitted it should look like this

then re fit the cover and job done :D

hope this guide helps

andy bassett :D
