      Default Pre trackday checks

So as im doing my first trackday next week what do you think i need to check beforehand or remember on the day?
Ill be checking all fluid levels, tyre pressure beforehand. And emptying the car of anything that can move about beforehand.
Im hiring a helmet on the day and will have a full tank on arrival.

      Any tips, things ive missed?

Thanks dude, will do that. I booked some of the one on one tuition they do in my own car. So hopefully that will help alot.
Going bedford aerodrome as i went there as a passenger before and has such big run offs and had a great day out there before.

I'd check you've got enough brake pads left for the day. You'll use the brakes a lot more than usual - it's not good to run the pad down to the metal.

Check you've got enough tread on your tyres to last the day and get you home

      Also take :

      Foot pump

Tyre pressure guage (you will need to drop pressures on track )

Wheel brace/Torque wrench (Check wheel nuts every time u go out . They do come loose )

And as said take your time at your own pace 😃

Dont over do it, boil your fluid thats it. Do a few laps, come in for 10mins.

Instruction there was invaluable, i drive 10fold faster after!
