Default Meg CC 1.9dci Starting problem

      Hiya Folks

Wondering if any of you could shed some of your priceless knowledge on my current problem.

Ive got an issue with my 59 plate 1.9dci CC, had it for the last 3 years with no problems ever.

In the Morning when I come to start the car, I push the button, it clicks and then doesn't do anything. I can do this about 20 times and eventually it will start and run as sweet as a nut with no misfiring or idling issues.
There are also no warning lights at all during any of the above.

Once it has been running, left to stand for an hour, I can come back to it and it will start fine. Its very confusing....... Could it be a glow plug issue now the weather has suddenly got colder

      Cheers for the help!

could be a few things, battery on its way out due to cold weather, glow plugs, or a bad earth on the injection ecu

The latter happen to me and it was just an bad earth connection after the car was in the garage for 3 weeks to try to find the issue.
No fault were found apart they couldn't read the injection ecu.

i would put my money on glow plugs or battery personnaly based on what you say
