Just bought some new front tyres and looking at the old ones I think the tracking might need doing as the nearside tyre seems more scrubbed on the outside edge than the inside.
Is it worth taking the meg to a specialist to do, or can any old place with a 4 wheel laser alignment jobby do it?

Any reputable garage can do the tracking with a good laser alignment system.

I took mine to my local garage with the laser equipment but they didn't have any settings for the RenualtSport Megane range. Any ideas what should be used instead?

It should be listed as the Renault Megane 2.0T 225 / Renault Megane 2.0T 230 iirc.

Had mine done at North Eastern Tyres in York who also fitted my new tyres. All went well and they fixed the camber issues

Been to North Eastern in Middlesbrough a few times with my old 172 and with the R26, not once have they managed to get the wheel straight without me taking it back a few times!

Steering wheel is bang on. The guy who did it seemed quite thorough though. I think they adjusted the camber. That or the toe. Or something.......basically I don't know, but he said that something was out which was causing the tyre to scrub and he adjusted it back.
