difference in size: intercoolers

just to start here are a couple of pics of the new and original intercooler,

from the pics you can notice straight away the difference in size

the write up and the rest of the pics to follow shortly.

There is a bit of a diff.

it now sits about 5mm from the black cover on the underside of the car, fully exsposed aswell to the air flowing through the front lower grill.
