Hi everyone:
Just wanted to share this info about the dino test i had on my 225.
For reference, the car was tested on Dynojet dinamometer at 1200mts above sea level.
It showed huge amount of torque to the wheels 248,45!!!! and 215,66 hp to the wheels. Add 15 % and there is the real hp from the engine so i think the hp is more than 225.
And yes, the dino is new and works perfect.
Check the diference while using the K&N filter and note the increase in torque at lower rpms.
Test was done also while blowing air with a turbine to the intercooler and radiator for safety and avoid overheating.
Check the file.

215 bhp at the wheels would be about 260 bhp at the fly, at that altitude I think that figure of 215 bhp is more likley the flywheel figure

Does anyone know what is the real amount of boost put into the engine.
My dealer says it is 7 psi and i have read elsewhere it is 10.
Can anyone advise??
Stock figures pls. and what is the safe limit??

Stock the car runs at 10 PSI which is about 0.7-0.8 Bar. Our remap is running 14PSI and would say 18 will be safe for this turbo.

mine run 247 at the fly wheel which inturn put out 217 at the wheels, that was done 2 weeks ago, fitted on the car was my induction kit and zorst

The exhaust looks great on yr car.
Now, how much did it increase hp? Did it affect the exhaust note a lot making it too loud? Is it 3 inch or 2.5?
Are there any performance brake pads from brembo or hawk brake, mintex, ferodo??

Has NE1 had the euro 4 engine BHP figures tested with out any mods as we know Andys was a very good figure for an induction and exhaust mod.

did it increase the hp i would say yes but not bt massive amount only about 5-10hp,
did it change the zorst not :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: hell yeah.

Brake pads are on the way from EBC but they are having some problems. Dont hold your breath.
