Considering the nature of the 225`s engine i.e a turbo`d 182 engine would it be possible to carry out your £150 Inlet manifold work for the 10hp gains it brings or will the 225 have better casts ? i doubt it though
should be an easy way to get that extra 10hp people are looking for. seen as the remap does 265, the exhaust + intercooler make roughly 275-280, this could push the total nearer the magic 300hp
im sure i could russle some up at some point.. but not now i have to get ready to go out tonite.
basically it is a 182 F4R or something engine with a multi variable geometery twin scroll turbo attached + other uprated parts. the inlets though from reno are usually poorley finished and no shit the N/A 182/172 have seen upto 10hp from this mod andy does to smooth it out which is no mean feat considering a full exhaust (decat) + induction and remap will only see 8bhp on a 182 !
on a 225 there may be even more but it would depend on how the inlet has arrived in your car from the factory
